WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Online and Off-Site Sales Policy:

Love Cultivated reserves the right to be the sole online seller of our products. By purchasing our products wholesale, you as a merchant agree that our product will be kept within your brick and mortar shop-- we strictly prohibit off-site vending, pop-up selling or removing our product from your store to bring to fairs, shows, or farmers markets unless approved in writing by Love Cultivated.

 

Repackaging Policy:

We've spent lots of time and energy thoughtfully creating and crafting our products and packaging to be re-usable, sustainable and heart-felt; from the USA grown and sewn muslin bags we use, to the plantable tags on our soap. Any repacking or rebranding of our products is strictly prohibited. 

  

Wholesale Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, checks, PayPal (natalie@love-cultivated.com) and Venmo (@love-cultivated). Returned checks due to insufficient finds will be charged a $25 fee. Credit Card Charges will appear on your statement as Love Cultivated. 

 

Ordering & Order Fulfillment:

To discuss an order, please email Natalie at natalie@love-cultivated.com or call 831-295-2396. At this stage in our business, we are making wholesale orders as they come in and require at least a one month lead time to fulfill.

 

Wholesale Returns: 

All sales are final. 

 

Delivery & Shipping:

If you are a local merchant, we would be very happy to deliver to you in person within a 30 mile radius of Ben Lomond, CA.

 

Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please save all contents and packing materials and contact us within three business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Love Cultivated within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through Delivery Confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

 

Canceling/Changing Your Order:

You may contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already started to be processed. In the event that it was not, we will be more than happy to make changes to it within 24 hours. 

 

Territory Limitations: 

The sale or distribution of Love Cultivated products outside the United States or to a third party other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Love Cultivated. Love Cultivated reserves the right to cancel or limit the sale of its products to parties whose sales and distribution strategies are incompatible with those of Love Cultivated.
